Adults from the group home attending Exhale will be baptized Sunday!

We live in a world where stress, frustration, and emotional overload are pushing people to the edge. When we crash out, we say things we regret, hurt the people we love, and lose sight of God’s peace. But there’s a better way. Through Jesus, we can be rooted, stable, and emotionally whole, even in a chaotic world.

Back from a world wide tour (in their own minds), the CHURCH HIMS, will be bringing their unique blend of several sounds of “music” to lead worship Sunday.  Tickets are limited…actually there aren’t any, so just show up and clap along to make them feel good.  

This Sunday, September 28, at the 6pm Exhale Service, 5 adults from the group home that attend the service will be getting baptized.  We would like to see church members attend Sunday night to support these amazing people in their step of faith.  Exhale starts at 6pm!

We all want to be loved. We long to be desired, pursued—whether by a special someone, our friends, or others in our lives. This longing for love and acceptance is the underlying story of many of our lives, and it’s the overarching story we see throughout the Scriptures. Although the Bible tells many stories, the main theme is God’s relentless love for us.  

Two options to join this study, Tuesdays at Noon or Wednesdays at 6:30pm.  See Jennifer Brown to sign up. Book fee for study is $15.

Bibles & Burritos kicks off Wednesday, October 1 at 9PM!  This is a space for young adults (ages 18–30) to talk about real life and real faith while enjoying something we can all agree on… burritos. 🌯  Each week, we’ll dive into topics like stress, relationships, purpose, and hope—things that matter in everyday life. No pressure, no perfect answers, just honest conversations and good food. 

We held our first 5th Quarter last week and hosted over 250 students!  They played gaga ball, danced, ate and had fun with bubble soccer.  The next 5th Quarter is October 3rd.  Sign up to help with this amazing ministry.

We fed the Perry High School Volleyball and Girls Soccer teams this week.  They enjoyed burrittos and chips, a devotion and the time togther in our youth room with air hockey, foose ball and karaoke!  You should hear them sing!  Next week, we’ll host the football team on Thursday, October 2nd.  A huge thank you to our crew and everyone that sent in donations!
